Introducing CDU International College

Delivered by UP Education, International College is Charles Darwin University’s specialist college to prepare international students to successfully gain entry to their target course of tertiary study. Based at the Waterfront campus in Darwin, the International College is a modern learning environment close to the Darwin CBD.

International College integrates international students into CDU student life from day one. The rigorous academic standards, modern waterfront facilities and comprehensive student support are available to all enrolled students.

Specialised language development, a well-rounded curriculum and small classes provide the support for students to thrive.

Two types of courses are available: The International Diploma supports students into the second year of a Business, Accounting or IT undergraduate degree, and Masters Preparation and Qualifying programs develop advanced skills in academic writing, research, critical thinking and intercultural communication for undertaking postgraduate study.

International students can choose to live within the grounds of the Casuarina Campus and take advantage of all the facilities and activities on offer, or live in private rental accommodation or homestay.

CDU International House Darwin (IHD)

Based at the Casaurina campus, IHD is a student community with equipped with facilities like study rooms, recreational areas and a swimming pool. Students under 18 must stay at IHD.
