Student timetables are designed to help you become accustomed to university study where you are present for all lessons and work on study and revision between classes. Classes are 80 minutes.

Foundation Studies programmes are made up of 18–20 periods (24–27 hours) of teaching per week, including:

  • 6 x periods of lessons per subject, plus English for Academic Purposes (EAP)
  • The Standard programme incorporates two academic subjects per semester, and Fast-track students take four academic subjects of four periods per week for the duration of their course, plus four periods of EAP
